AIR HUNGER, LABORED BREATHING OR SIGHING!

AIR HUNGER, LABORED BREATHING OR SIGHING!

8th Apr 2024

Most likely cause is Acidosis.

Let me explain:

Air hunger or labored breathing or sighing could occur when the body is in an overly acidic state called acidosis. It can occur when someone is burning fat as a primary source of energy, called ketosis, or in diabetes (ketoacidosis).

Aren't concerns about air hunger from hydromorphone executions ironic since hydromorphone specifically prevents air hunger, eliminating the “drive“ to breathe? - Quora

There's another case where someone can develop this symptom: when someone consumes too much sugar. In this case, the condition is called lactic acidosis.

Diet:

If you have additional symptoms besides air hunger, you may also have hypocalcemia (too little calcium in the blood).

*Adrenal & Cortisol Support (supplies your body with vitamin B1, other B vitamins, and adrenal support) helps to reduce lactic acidosis.

*The diet should always consist of large amounts of vegetables, which cleans out the acid waste products. Often, if one cannot EAT large quantities of vegetables due to feeling bloated, or experience acid reflux this could be a strong indication of a lack of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) and the appropriate Digestive Enzyme – linked below are two products I suggest taking prior to eating.

As an alternative to consuming large amounts of vegetables we have an excellent source of vitamins and minerals in a greens powder form. This is an easy alternative to be sure you’re getting, the daily nutrients needed. Take a scoop full in about 8-10oz of water or juice, can take with less water and use as a “shot” for an immediate energy boost, or add to your smoothies etc.

In addition, taking daily B Vitamins is crucial. Try our pH papers to get a true read on your acid & alkalinity levels (just wet the paper in your mouth or pee on it first thing)
